Includes:
Foreign investment processing, census number, digital signature, Model 751, ITP and capital gains, deed and registration with the Municipality.
Comprehensive process management, communication, monitoring and support.
4. Contracting and prices
The service begins with the acceptance of the budget and signing of the contract.
Detailed price according to personalized budget.
Official taxes (ITP, Model 751...) and possible external expenses (notary, municipal...) may apply.
5. Payment methods
Bank transfer to Nexa Docs / LABB Properties account.
Conditions and scheduling according to contract.
6. Customer obligations
Provide required documentation in a timely manner.
Cooperate with processes (signatures, identification, meetings, etc.).
Report any relevant changes.
7. Responsibility
We are committed to providing the service with care and diligence.
We are not responsible for subsequent decisions of the client or acts of third parties (e.g. unexpected legal rulings).
In case of proven negligence by Nexa Docs, liability will be limited to what is paid for the affected service.
8. Cancellation and returns
If you cancel before the start of the procedures, full refund (less bank costs).
Once the service has started, a refund proportional to the degree of execution is applied.
Not applicable to taxes or fees already paid to public entities.
9. Intellectual property
The contents of the website and documents provided are the property of Nexa Docs / LABB Properties, and only for the client's personal use.
10. Modifications to the terms
Nexa Docs may modify these terms at any time. They will come into force once published on the website. In the event of a substantial modification, you will be informed by email.
11. Residence and jurisdiction
This contract will be governed by Andorran law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Andorra.
